D&D 5e Subclass: Bard College of Clowns

While on the surface bards of the College of Clowns may appear as simple fools, they are actually masters of distraction, weaving subtle magic into their tomfoolery to draw the eye. Whether performing befuddling stunts in the heat of combat, hurling insults to draw the ire of enemies, or even telling simple jokes to get a laugh, clowns use their undeniable, and often ridiculous, presence in ways no other can.

This subclass is an untested portfolio piece. While I worked hard to try balancing it, it is far from perfect. If you choose to play with this subclass, feel free to tweak and change what you want to make it better to play.
